“Abella” means “bee” in Gallego, the language spoken in Galicia, and our name is a tribute to these remarkable creatures and the natural, healthy delicacies they produce. We are dedicated to the deeply rooted heritage and traditions of the region, including the age-old techniques used by our local beekeepers Domingo, Fidel and Santi, the masters behind our single varietal and blended specialty honeys. Every drop is a work of art.
